The homepage of Red Hat Linux. This is the distro I started with. A good recommendation for the enterprise, since they no longer have a free distro.

Fedora Core is a free operating system that offers the best combination of stable and cutting-edge software that exists in the free software world.

Webmin is a web-based interface for system administration for Unix. Using any browser that supports tables and forms (and Java for the File Manager module), you can setup user accounts, Apache, DNS, file sharing and so on.

Webmin consists of a simple web server, and a number of CGI programs which directly update system files like /etc/inetd.conf and /etc/passwd. The web server and all CGI programs are written in Perl version 5, and use no non-standard Perl modules.

The Clarksville Canine Sports Association is a club for people and thier dogs. They are a for fun club that competes in flyball and also does some agility work.

PuTTY is a free implementation of Telnet and SSH for Win32 and Unix platforms, along with an xterm terminal emulator. It is written and maintained primarily by Simon Tatham.

Well, as the name suggests, it's inspired by the movie TRON. Or more exactly, by all the games that where inspired by the movie TRON.

You steer a futuristic bike, called lightcycle. Combat takes place in a rectangular arena. Your bike leaves a trail behind, which is like a wall. The goal is to force the other players to drive into a wall. The winner is the last player alive.

OpenOffice.org is a multiplatform and multilingual office suite and an open-source project. Compatible with all other major office suites, the product is free to download, use, and distribute.

AbiWord is a free word processing program similar to Microsoft® Word. It is suitable for a wide variety of word processing tasks.

They have versions for Linux, Windows and Mac as well as the source :)

GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages.

This program is great. If you work with images in any form or fashion I highly recomend it!

Firefox is perhaps the best browser ever. Small, fast and standards compliant. Thunderbird is an email client that follows the same design philosophy.

This site has a large collection of media that is truely entertaining.

Simply put streamtuner is a stream directory browser. Through the use of a plugin system, it offers an intuitive GTK+ 2.0 interface to Internet radio directories such as SHOUTcast and Live365.

An easy way to tune into more channels than you could need. Never have a quiet moment again, unless you want one :)
